Exchanges and Returns

A product purchased from Sensual Minded can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). Within this period, it is allowed to inspect and/or evaluate the products you’ve ordered:

• The product is in its original condition and original packaging.
• The product is complete.

The following items cannot be returned, in accordance with hygiene regulations, if the seal is broken or the packaging is no longer sealed (this is legally determined):

• All sex toys (including dildos and vibrators).
• Lubricants and massage oils.
• Lingerie (Lingerie can be tried on, and can be exchanged or returned if the tags are still attached and the hygiene strip in the crotch area is intact).

The items above can only be returned if the product is defect.

Using the right of return does not release you from the payment obligation. The order must be paid conform with the general terms and conditions. If a credit arises due to a return, Sensual Minded will refund using the same payment method that the consumer used to place the order.

We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after the product or products have been returned to our return department.
